Left was July 2012, right is Today May 2013. Lots of cardio, eating clean 80% of the time and never stopped loving life!
Got myself into a binge eating disorder last year and now got myself out of it!
Left was about 77 kilo and right now is about 66 :)

Posting another photo because today I feel like complete garbage, I pretty much inhaled everything I saw (and not that it was necessarily THAT bad of food it’s just stuff that I never really bother eating anyways like pasta and some cookies) And I feel gross and I needed this photo as a pick me up to just get back at it
Well, this is me. 19 year old and 5’10 1/2, been trying to lose weight since forever. I finally just understood what to do and stick with it. I exercise 5-6 days a week. Lot’s of cardio- I mainly do jogging (3.2 miles), cycling, stairmaster and the elliptical (mer, I don’t like). Everything in moderation and lots and lots of water! This weight difference is about a month and a half apart. Side view

5ft 11. Between 210-220lbs on the left, I can’t remember exactly. 140lbs on the right.
ARMS- Before: 11 inches. After: 10 inches. LOSS- 1 INCH.
WAIST- Before: 39.5 inches. After: 26 inches. LOSS- 13.5 INCHES.
HIPS- Before: 42 inches. After: 34 inches. LOSS- 8 INCHES.
THIGHS- Before: 25 inches. After: 21.5 inches. LOSS- 3.5 INCHES.
CALVES- Before: 15.5 inches. After: 14 inches. LOSS- 1.5 INCHES.I like to make a progress pic when I feel I’ve been slacking a bit, to remind me what I’m working for :)

Early #transformationtuesday
80lbs! Boom! Gone! Hahaha…well, it took awhile (but it should!) and I did it! Changed my lifestyle (this also took a long time to master!) and found my balance. Life is not all about weight loss, so don’t restrict or put pressure on yourself. There’s no quick fix, all you need is time. You can do it if you want to. Trust me!
