For inner thighs, you can do leg raises. Lie down on your side (legs straightened), and slowly raise your leg up as high as you can, followed by lowering it back down. You can also do the leg raise by bending your leg and putting the opposite one under it (keeping it straightened), and raising that opposite leg up. Another good one is fire hydrants. Kneel down on all fours, and raise your leg to your side (keeping it bent). I have bad knees and none of these hurt my knees at all.
